I offer support when societal norms clash with your identity or sexuality, causing distress. I also guide parents seeking intentional approaches to family life. My aim is to help you navigate these unique challenges, whether through sex therapy or by exploring parenting dynamics. We can work together to understand your triggers and build practical tools for emotional wellbeing, helping you feel more aligned and confident.
