Mx Casey Blake

Sexologist

I enjoy working with Sex Therapy, Marginalised Identities and Parenting. It can be distressing when societal norms and expectations don’t fit you, especially when it comes to your identity and sexuality. Not to mention how parenting with intention involves working on your triggers and building your emotional toolbox.

About Me

I offer support when societal norms clash with your identity or sexuality, causing distress. I also guide parents seeking intentional approaches to family life. My aim is to help you navigate these unique challenges, whether through sex therapy or by exploring parenting dynamics. We can work together to understand your triggers and build practical tools for emotional wellbeing, helping you feel more aligned and confident.

Approach

When expectations from others feel at odds with who you are, I focus on practical, curiosity-led work that helps you feel steadier and more noticed in your body and relationships. Sessions in Edenvale or online, conducted in English, move at a steady, collaborative pace: we explore patterns, try gentle experiments, and build short, doable practices to use between meetings. My approach is trauma-aware, sex-positive and centred on your choices. People who want clear steps and compassionate challenge often find this way of working helpful.
