About Me

I am a registered Counselling Psychologist and practise with confidentiality, unconditional positive regard, acceptance, structure, and consistency, always giving careful consideration to what is in my clients' best interests, both now and in the future. I work within a broad cultural context and have experience supporting Kenyans living abroad, as well as expatriates living in Kenya from countries including Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Germany, Italy, the UK, the USA, Canada, the UAE, Australia, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, and across East Africa.

Our first session will begin with a consent form and a brief intake questionnaire so I can better understand your background and what brings you to therapy.
