What you can expect you will fill out a consent form and History intake form. I will ask you questions to clarify your needs /concerns /goals that you want to solve or achieve. For example; -Emotional regulation Anxiety, Depression, Mood disorders -Automatic intrusive thoughts eg something is wrong with me, Am not enough, Am unworthy, am too much, am bad, i dont belong, its my fault , i cant etc -Fear of failure -Identity: Who am I really? -Behavioral problems; procrastination, Lack of motivation, overwhelm, self harm etc -Childhood trauma and CPTSD -Relationships concerns family dynamics, codependency, feelings like an outsider, fear of closeness, Boundaries etc -Adjustment challenge; managing work politics, life changes such as relocation. -For Kenyans in Diaspora / living abroad; common concerns such as Relocation; Loneliness, Homesick and Isolation, Black Tax, Cultural Adjustment, Racism and Discrimination, Career and Academic Pressures, demands of succeeding in a foreign system, Identity Struggles: Difficulties reconciling your Kenyan identity in your new context, Relationship Strain; long-distance and locally. (i have worked with clients who have relocated to Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Uk, USA, Canada, UAE, East Africa, Barbados and Cayman islands among others) .....Among other concerns Together we will investigate and establish the root cause of your presented problems.
