About Me
I am a British-Austrian integrative psychotherapist based in The Hague, Netherlands. I work exclusively online, providing individual therapy and clinical supervision. I help you explore your relationship with yourself, others and the world, and the ways in which old patterns can be updated to give more ease in these areas. I use tools like EMDR, The Flash Technique and mindfulness as well as others to enable this.
Approach
Trained integratively, it is my aim to tailor my work with you to your individual needs. This means spending a little time to get to know you and where you are in your life, what personal development work you have already done, and using all of this in your therapy, adding tools from my extensive tool box.

I help adults one-to-one with insomnia, trauma, and all sorts of emotional and mood difficulties. Putting the therapeutic relationship at the centre of our work together to build trust, I use a number of different tools, such as EMDR, The Flash Technique, CBTi and others, to help you regulate your nervous system, resolve trauma and insomnia, and improve your general quality of life.
