About Me

As a Licensed Psychologist, I specialise in helping women with ADHD. I get it, having navigated similar paths myself. My personal insight, combined with years of professional knowledge, creates an empathetic space. We can explore your unique experiences together. I offer sessions as late as 10 pm, accommodating your busy schedule. This ensures you feel truly heard and supported as we build confidence and manage challenges.

Approach

You’ll find sessions that are practical, paced for busy lives, and scheduled to fit evening routines here in Altadena or online in English. I tend to blend short skill-building segments with reflective moments, breaking tasks into manageable steps so attention and overwhelm can ease; between sessions I offer simple, doable experiments and brief check-ins to track what’s shifting. The work moves at your rhythm, focused on concrete tools for anxiety, ADHD and trauma-related patterns. People juggling work, caregiving, or late schedules often find this way of working reassuring.

Basic Information

Services

I specialize in therapy for adults with ADHD, with a particular focus on women who are high-functioning yet internally overwhelmed. ADHD is not a lack of effort or discipline—it’s a neurodevelopmental difference that affects attention, emotional regulation, motivation, and organization. Many of my clients seek therapy after a late diagnosis or years of feeling exhausted, anxious, or “behind” despite their capabilities. I provide trauma-informed, ADHD-affirming therapy that helps clients reduce shame, understand their nervous system, and build practical, sustainable strategies that work with their brain—not against it. I also work with co-occurring anxiety, trauma, and burnout, supporting clients in creating lives that feel more balanced, grounded, and self-directed.
