About Me

I help adults navigate work-related problems, eating disorders, and daily life struggles. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, my experience since 2019 allows me to support you in exploring underlying patterns. Sessions provide a focused space to develop practical strategies for daily life. My background, with degrees from Turkey and Poland, offers a broad perspective. I offer dedicated support for those seeking clarity and effective coping tools.

Approach

Therapy often combines practical, step-by-step problem-solving for work and daily pressures with careful attention to the habits and emotions that show up around eating, focus and mood. In calm sessions in Istanbul or online, in Turkish or English, we set short-term goals, track small changes between meetings, and use assessment insights to shape what comes next. I use structured exercises, behavioral experiments and brief between-session tasks, adjusting pace when anxiety, burnout or attention challenges affect capacity. This way of working fits adults seeking clear, collaborative steps toward steadier routines.
