I offer a safe, welcoming space for adults and adolescents to explore life, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you’re feeling anxious, struggling with low mood, navigating relationships, or simply curious to understand yourself better, therapy gives you the space to pause, reflect, and find clarity. Together, we’ll build self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion, helping you move through life with more confidence, choice, and calm.

About Me

I am Camille, a warranted Gestalt psychotherapist working with adults and adolescents. I support individuals experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties, as well as those who simply wish to understand themselves better, strengthen relationships, or explore life with greater clarity and confidence. My practice is a space where you are invited to slow down, become aware of what is happening within you, and explore what truly matters. I work with people facing anxiety and stress, low mood and depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, struggles with self-esteem, addiction, and feelings of uncertainty or disconnection. I also welcome those who may not identify a specific difficulty but feel ready to grow, reflect, and invest in their wellbeing. I see therapy as a collaborative partnership. Together, we build self-awareness, resilience, and the capacity to live with greater presence, choice, and self-compassion. Therapy is not only about addressing difficulties; it is also about normalising support, encouraging growth, and creating meaningful change.

Approach

As a Gestalt psychotherapist, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to understand yourself more clearly. You might come to therapy because you’re feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, stuck in relationship patterns, navigating a life change, or struggling with self-esteem or addiction. You may not even be sure what’s wrong, only that something doesn’t feel quite right. Whatever brings you, you are welcome. Our work together is collaborative and grounded in the present moment. We gently explore your experiences, build awareness of patterns that may be holding you back, and strengthen your capacity for resilience and self-compassion. Over time, this can help you feel more confident, connected, and able to respond to life with greater clarity and choice. Therapy is not about being “fixed.” It is about creating space to grow, heal, and move forward in a way that feels true to you.
