I support adults who are experiencing emotional, relational, or work-related challenges and who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of balance. I can help you if you are: Struggling with stress, burnout symptoms, or ongoing pressure Navigating life transitions, change, or difficult decisions Experiencing self-doubt, perfectionism, or reduced self-confidence Dealing with relationship difficulties, boundary issues, or interpersonal patterns An international or expat adjusting to life, work, or identity in a new context Together, we work on increasing insight, emotional resilience, and practical coping strategies, while staying close to what truly matters to you. My aim is to help you develop greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence, so you can make choices that align with your values and live with more ease and intention.

About Me

I am Camilla Bonetti, a Registered Counsellor ABvC®, with a Master’s degree in Social and Work Psychology and a professional background in counselling, coaching, and training. In my work, I combine psychological knowledge with a deeply human and compassionate approach. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. Creating a safe and respectful space is therefore central to my way of working. I draw on evidence-based psychological frameworks while staying closely attuned to each client’s unique story, values, and pace. My counselling style is warm, reflective, and collaborative: we explore together what is holding you back, what you need, and how you can move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. Empathy, authenticity, and unconditional acceptance are core values in my practice. I see counselling not as “fixing” problems, but as supporting people in reconnecting with their inner resources, strengthening self-understanding, and regaining a sense of direction and balance in their lives.

Approach

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. My style is: Collaborative Emotion-focused Respectful of your pace Practical when needed Deeply empathetic and open Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface and create meaningful, lasting change.

In our sessions, we work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing, reconnect with your strengths, and create sustainable emotional balance.
