About Me

As an experienced Counseling psychologist, I believe everyone deserves access to supportive mental healthcare. I work to make therapy approachable and affordable for individuals within our communities. My aim is to help you explore challenges and build resilience. We can focus on practical, sustainable steps that fit your unique needs. My practice is dedicated to fostering well-being for all.

Approach

Passionate about accessible care, I create sessions that move at a practical, steady pace so therapy fits alongside work, school or family life. In my East London practice and online, and with support in English or isiXhosa, we notice patterns, try small experiments and use focused assessment when it helps clarify what’s getting in the way. Between sessions I offer short reflections or tasks to keep progress steady. This way of working tends to suit people facing life changes, loss, mood shifts or family strain.
