Miss Caitlin Cable

Registered Counselor

I am a dedicated counsellor with experience supporting a diverse range of clients through various life challenges. I'm passionate about helping people and bringing about mental health awareness and acceptance.

About Me

I offer dedicated support to individuals navigating life's many challenges. We can collaboratively explore what feels difficult in our sessions. My aim is to help you understand your experiences with greater clarity. I am passionate about creating a space where you can gain deeper self-awareness and acceptance. This approach suits anyone seeking to make sense of their feelings and find practical ways to move forward.

Approach

I guide a process of gentle curiosity and practical steps, paced to what feels manageable for you. I work from Cape Town and online in English, keeping sessions focused and contained so patterns surface without feeling overwhelming. Together we use grounding, reflective listening and short mindfulness practices, and I often suggest small between-session experiments to test new ways of relating to emotions, identity and relationships. This way of working tends to suit people facing anxiety, mood shifts, trauma or questions about identity who want steady, collaborative change.
