Approach

Rooted in compassion and practical support, sessions move at a pace that feels manageable while gently uncovering patterns that matter to you. I meet people in person near Yonge and St. Clair or online in English, and sessions blend reflective exploration with clear skill practice and occasional assessment to clarify strengths and barriers. Between meetings we co-design small, doable steps that build confidence and shift relationship or attention struggles over time. This way of working tends to suit adults and couples ready for steady, practical change.
