Approach
Sessions move from careful assessment to paced, practical work that helps children, adults and families name what feels unsafe and practise new ways of coping. In my Johannesburg consulting room I work in English, combining structured insight with play, guided discussion and small between-session tasks so learning generalises to daily life.
