Mr Bunt Whitelaw

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

I am a licensed counselor with experience helping others manage depression, anxiety, and stressful life changes. I have worked with a wide variety of adolescent and adult aged people, utilizing a strength based approach to meet a variety of different goals.

About Me

I offer support to adolescents and adults navigating depression, anxiety, and life's challenging shifts. Together, we can explore your unique strengths, building on what you do well to help you manage difficulties. My aim is to create a collaborative space where you can discover new ways to approach your goals. This strength-based approach helps a wide variety of people find their footing and move forward.

Approach

When life feels unsettled, I help you translate your strengths into clear, manageable steps so change becomes practical and doable. Sessions in Norwell or by secure online video (English) move at a steady, collaborative pace—short check-ins, focused reflection, and actionable experiments you can try between meetings. I pay attention to how family roles, daily routines, and school or work demands shape stress and mood, adjusting plans as we learn what helps. This style tends to suit people navigating transitions, anxiety, or low mood.
