About Me

As a psychologist trained in psychoanalysis, I help adults and children explore their inner worlds. We work together to understand long-standing patterns and make sense of past experiences. My experience in school psychology, alongside postgraduate work in mental health and social contexts, allows me to understand diverse challenges. I offer a calm space, in-person or remotely, to uncover deeper insights and foster lasting change.

Approach

I help translate reflections into a steady, exploratory process where we slow down difficult moments and track what feelings and memories are trying to tell you. Sessions in Belo Horizonte or online, in Portuguese or Spanish, move at a pace you set: attentive listening, gentle curiosity, and careful linking between present reactions and earlier scenes. Between meetings I may suggest small, practical experiments to notice patterns in daily life and body sensations. This way of working tends to suit people seeking deeper understanding and gradual change.
