Basic Information

Services

I am currently providing psychotherapy in-person at my Rockridge neighborhood Oakland, CA office and through video (telehealth/teletherapy). I am available for an initial 15-20 fee consult by phone or video. I work with adults (professionals and students) interested in treating depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I see many individuals who want to change their relationship with a harsh internal critic and/or individuals who struggle with prioritizing their own needs and wants. I work with individuals dealing with burnout, overfunctioning and caregiving and I support emerging adults.
