Brittany Marshall

Brittany and her team of associates provide individual, couples and family therapy to children (5+), youth and adults either in person (in Markham/Pickering) as well as over the phone or video across Ontario.

About Us

We are a mental health organization in Unionville, Ontario, Canada offering counseling, mindfulness, and adolescent therapy. We provide confidential online therapy and teach practical skills to help you manage anxiety, school stress, and low mood.

Approach

We guide sessions with a calm, practical pace that balances skills practice, reflective conversation and mindfulness exercises so you leave with something to try between meetings. In our Markham and Pickering rooms or during secure video or phone sessions across Ontario, we keep language straightforward and sessions tailored to your age and rhythm. Meetings often mix short skill-building, gentle challenge and collaborative goal-setting, with check-ins on progress each time. People looking for clear tools and steady support tend to do well with this approach.
