Mrs Bridget Westwood-Chetty

Clinical Psychologist

My aim is to provide a space where we can embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, where meaning and belonging can be found

About Me

I offer a calm, welcoming space where you can explore what truly matters to you. Together, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery, exploring your inner world with curiosity. My aim is to help you uncover your strengths and foster empowerment. We can find deeper meaning and belonging in your life. This approach supports those seeking clarity and personal growth.

Approach

Holding a steady, attentive space, I help you notice patterns and piece together what sits beneath anger, grief or anxiety. In my Fourways room, in English, sessions move at a pace you can hold—sometimes reflective, sometimes active—and I offer practical experiments between meetings. We track what shifts, try brief grounding or focused-attention exercises, and use assessment together to clarify next steps so the work feels tailored and safe. People facing trauma, family change or mood struggles often find this measured, collaborative rhythm helpful.
