I work with English-speaking adults navigating life transitions and identity questions, especially expats and immigrants rebuilding their lives across cultures, and LGBTQ+ individuals exploring who they are. My approach is collaborative, grounded in curiosity, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship.

About Me

I'm an American living in France, so I understand the disorientation and identity shifts that come with building a life across cultures. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Francisco State University. I work with English-speaking adults navigating transitions, identity questions, and belonging. I provide online therapy exclusively for English-speaking adults at €60 per 50-minute session with an option for a sliding scale.

Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and grounded in curiosity. I believe our experiences are shaped by many interconnected factors, including our personal history, relationships, culture, and the ways our bodies hold stress and emotion. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may no longer be serving you, deepen your understanding of yourself, and create space for new ways of relating to yourself and others. I create an explicitly affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients navigating identity, belonging, and self-understanding. I draw from psychodynamic, attachment-based, narrative, and somatic perspectives, always adapting my approach to your unique needs and goals.
