About us

We are a counselling organisation in Hillmorton, Canterbury, New Zealand. We hold official counselling licensure and work with individuals and families. We provide confidential, practical counselling for you with flexible appointment times and clear fees.

Approach

We bring together varied cultural perspectives and practical experience to shape how therapy unfolds, focusing on respectful collaboration and clear steps forward. Sessions in Christchurch or online, conducted in English, move at a steady, client-led pace—often combining quiet reflection, practical problem-solving and check-ins on what changed between meetings. We routinely invite families or individuals to set small, manageable goals and use gentle accountability to track progress. This way of working suits people who want thoughtful, grounded support that fits everyday life.
