Mr Bradley Riddell, BA

Psychotherapist

20yrs+ of experience in Integrative counselling therapy practice specialising in addictions; 60+ years of experience of life. I have experienced issues with addiction, depression & chronic anxiety so I can help you by sharing how I helped myself using proven techniques, call today & let’s begin your journey..🤗👍👋

About Me

I fit the therapy to you. Not you to the therapy. I can do this because I am “integratively trained” & that means I have knowledge of a wide range of modalities which means I understand that whilst the modalities may be different the human condition remains the human condition. My fidelity is to you, NOT the modality.

Approach

From that place I shape sessions into practical, paced steps where honesty meets doable change. I work with adults and couples in Brighton and Hove, Sussex and online in English, keeping a steady rhythm between focused in-room noticing and short, practical tasks you can try between meetings. Sessions often include gentle brain-focused and somatic work alongside guided relaxation and collaborative problem-solving so you leave with clearer choices. People looking for straightforward, steady support through recovery and anxiety tend to find this approach helpful. I fit the therapy to you not you to the therapy. You don’t have to believe this is going to work….you just have to want it to…do you?
