Ms Beverley Stewart

Clinical Counselor

Professional Counsellor in Sydney, helping individuals get unstuck and move forward with their lives. Together we can take a close look at your issues, what your fears are, and what resources and strengths you hold. With this knowledge, you can develop more confidence, positivity, and a solid plan for the future.

About Me

If you feel stuck, I can work with you to uncover what holds you back and explore your inner resources. We'll gently examine your fears and discover the strengths you already possess. This collaborative process helps build confidence and a clearer, more positive path forward. Clients find a welcoming space for deep reflection, leading to a solid plan for their future. My aim is for you to leave sessions feeling more empowered and ready to move ahead.

Approach

I want to offer you new perspectives, practical support, and the opportunity to feel truly heard. My goal is to help my clients put back the joy and meaning in their lives. I firmly believe that by helping a client better understand themselves, and equipping them with some simple tools, they can grow to become the person they always wanted to be. In therapy with me, you can feel free to let your guard down and be your true self. You don’t have to be someone else; you can talk openly about your issues and you’ll never be judged. This is a space where you can be comfortable being honest with me, and honest with yourself.

Basic Information

Services

I work with clients struggling with a range of issues and utilise a range of modalities based on the individual client. During our sessions we can take a close look at what's been happening, what your fears are, and what resources and strengths you hold. With this knowledge, we can help you move forward with more confidence, positivity, and a solid plan. Therapy is an opportunity to assess the direction your life is taking and see what outcomes you really want. Therapy can help you move from a place of unhappiness, confusion and frustration – to feeling empowered and in control of your life and where it’s going. Now is the time to regain your motivation, direction, and purpose. I’m here to help you discover your ability to live a full, meaningful life, and to fill your days with the things that matter to you. In our sessions let me learn about what’s going on for you. Together we can then shed light on where your challenges may have started, make some connections between past and present, and help us understand why obstacles are now keeping you “stuck”. Lets work together on a plan to get you where you want to be. Schedule a free phone consult to see if we click.
