About Me
I offer a space where you can gently explore challenging experiences and identity questions. We can navigate intimate partnerships, including non-monogamous and kink dynamics. We also explore gender or sexual identity, helping you find your place within the LGBTQIA+ community. I also support those healing from teen dating violence or sexual trauma. My aim is to help you feel truly heard, fostering understanding and a path forward.
Approach
Building on that sense of being heard, I guide sessions with gentle curiosity and clear pacing so we can name what feels unsafe, what sustains you, and the small shifts that matter. Sessions take place in English in my Austin office, where I hold a calm, private space and offer straightforward check-ins between meetings when helpful. I blend attuned noticing, paced processing, and somatic-informed tools to move through stuck patterns and difficult memories. This way of working often fits people navigating non-traditional intimacy, identity questions, or healing from relational trauma.
