Benno Sinkwitz, MSc

Clinical Psychologist

I help self-aware, sensitive people who feel stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm find clarity, inner stability, and trust in themselves. Together, we work through emotions, patterns, and deeper layers so you can feel grounded, authentic, and at ease in your life.

About Me

I’m a trained psychologist with several years of experience working in clinical settings and guiding people through emotional challenges, inner conflicts, and deep transformation processes. My work combines psychological understanding with a grounded, experiential approach. This means we don’t just talk about your thoughts – we explore your emotions, your body, and the deeper patterns that shape your life. Many of the people I work with are self-aware and have already explored personal growth, meditation, or therapy. Yet they still feel stuck in overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or self-doubt. Together, we bring clarity into these patterns and create real, felt change – not just intellectual understanding. Working with me is calm, honest, and direct. I create a space where you can slow down, feel what is really there, and reconnect with your inner truth. Beyond my professional training, I have spent years deeply exploring meditation, self-inquiry, and personal transformation. This allows me to support you not only on a psychological level, but also in connecting with a deeper sense of peace and presence.

Approach

My approach is integrative and experiential. I draw from depth psychology, somatic work, and mindfulness-based practices. This means we don’t only analyze problems, but work directly with your lived experience – your emotions, your body, and your inner responses. A key part of the work is helping you recognize patterns: how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and how they keep you stuck. From there, we gently explore what is underneath – often unprocessed emotions, inner conflicts, or learned survival strategies. By bringing awareness and presence to these layers, real change becomes possible. At the same time, I support you in building self-trust, emotional resilience, and a more grounded connection to yourself. Each session is adapted to you – there is no fixed formula. The process is guided, but also intuitive, meeting you exactly where you are.
