You’ll be offered a calm, private space where we pace sessions to your rhythm and gently explore what feels most pressing. In Edinburgh or online for those in the UK and diaspora, I listen in English or Igbo, reflect back your experience and help you track how anxiety and low mood show up day to day. Sessions are conversational but focused—we notice patterns, try small experiments between meetings, and build practical ways to steady difficult moments. This way of working often suits people wanting steady, collaborative steps toward greater ease.
