Licensed Clinical Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist offering online therapy for adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. I support people navigating relationship struggles, burnout, anxiety, and major life transitions .. helping them find clarity, relief, and a deeper connection with themselves.

About Me

I’m a clinical psychologist who offers a safe, compassionate space for deep self-exploration and healing. I work with people who think and feel deeply, helping them understand their emotions, soften limiting beliefs, and reconnect with the parts of themselves they may have lost along the way. Many of my clients look “fine” on the outside but feel a quiet disconnect inside .. exhaustion from always performing, confusion during life transitions, or a sense of being stuck, unseen, or not enough. In our work together, we explore your inner world with warmth and honesty. Healing happens through connection .. through being truly seen, understood, and met in your depth. My role is to help you come back to yourself, gently and steadily, so you can build a life that feels real, grounded, and true to who you are. If this resonates, I’d be honored to connect.

Approach

Therapy, for me, is a collaborative journey. My approach is flexible, intuitive, and grounded in real human connection. I meet you where you are .. with attunement, authenticity, and a space where you feel safe, seen, and never judged. While we explore deep and complex emotions, our sessions also leave room for humor, ease, and the moments that make healing feel lighter. Each session blends structure with organic self-discovery: clear intentions, thoughtful guidance, and space for curiosity, reflection, and growth. I hold your story with empathy and understanding, helping you navigate challenges while gently reconnecting with yourself in a way that supports long-term emotional well-being. As Jung said, “The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.” I deeply believe in this alchemy .. the transformative power of being met with presence, honesty, and human connection.

Basic Information

Services

I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down internally, even when life looks fine from the outside. Many of my clients are navigating transitions, emotional heaviness, self-doubt, or patterns they can’t seem to shift on their own. They are deep thinkers and feelers who want clarity, relief, and a more honest relationship with themselves. I support clients through a wide range of emotional and psychological experiences, including: -anxiety and overthinking -identity confusion and major life transitions -existential anxiety, loss of meaning, and spiritual disconnection -childhood and relational trauma -attachment wounds and relationship patterns -burnout, emotional exhaustion, and performance pressure -grief, heartbreak, and loss -self-worth challenges and the belief of “not enough” -perfectionism, people-pleasing, and chronic self-criticism Our work involves exploring the roots of your patterns while strengthening self-understanding, emotional regulation, and inner connection. Sessions offer space to process your story, untangle limiting beliefs, break cycles that keep you stuck, and reconnect with parts of yourself that have been overlooked or silenced. Whether you’re a professional, creative, parent, or someone quietly carrying emotional weight, therapy can support you in gaining clarity, building emotional resilience, and cultivating a more grounded, authentic connection with yourself. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new .. it’s about returning to who you’ve always been. If this resonates, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
