About Me
Approach
Starting therapy can be scary but I try to make the experience as comfortable as possible for you. In the first session I will ask more about your life, and the goals you would like to achieve in therapy. This helps both you and I to be on the same page about what you would like to get out of therapy.
The minimum number of sessions is 6, with us talking once a week. However, depending on the nature of a clients issues, some clients commit to more sessions. The goal is to ensure that you continue to make progress and grow through the therapy journey.
Services
My goal as a therapist is to help you find yourself again by exploring the root of your problems and together map a way forward to make positive changes that are needed in your life. I deal with a wide variety of issues that affect peoples' lives. Seeing you thriving, healed and empowered is the prize.
Should this be what you are looking for, please feel welcome to book your sessions.
