About Me

I am a licensed psychotherapist based in Lilongwe, Central Region, Malawi. I offer advocacy, child and adolescent therapy, clinical supervision, and coaching. I work with people on abuse, anxiety, life transitions, behaviour or conduct issues, and stress or burnout.

Approach

Starting therapy can be scary but I try to make the experience as comfortable as possible for you. In the first session I will ask more about your life, and the goals you would like to achieve in therapy. This helps both you and I to be on the same page about what you would like to get out of therapy.

The minimum number of sessions is 6, with us talking once a week. However, depending on the nature of a clients issues, some clients commit to more sessions. The goal is to ensure that you continue to make progress and grow through the therapy journey.
