Ms Beata Barysphera, MSc

Counselor

I offer therapy and counselling in English for adults seeking a practical and solution-oriented approach. I help clients work through challenges such as stress, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions.

About Me

I hold an MSc in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, accredited by the British Psychological Society. I have also completed psychology courses at Maastricht University in the Netherlands, and I am currently pursuing a Certificate in Therapeutic Skills and Studies at the Metanoia Institute in the UK. Before moving into this line of work, I gained meaningful experience in corporate environments. That experience continues to shape how I work with clients facing stress, ambition, career transitions, setbacks, and the pressures that often come with demanding professional lives.

Approach

I offer therapy and counselling in English for adults seeking discreet, solution-oriented support. What kind of therapy? My approach is integrative and practical. No one size fits all. Some people come with a concrete goal and want momentum, so we work in a focused, structured way, building on what already works, in a handful of sessions. Others sense their patterns run deeper, then we slow down and look at where those patterns come from. From experience, most journeys weave between the two.
