About Us

As a counsellor practising under supervision, I offer dedicated support for individuals and families across all ages. I provide a welcoming space, both in-person and online, where you can explore challenges and find clarity. My approach is client-centred, aiming to meet your unique needs with empathy and practical guidance. Accessible options, including very low fee short-term therapy, ensure support is available when you need it most.

Approach

At our Lafayette clinic and through secure online sessions in English, we prioritize a steady, collaborative pace that honors your current needs. Sessions blend brief check-ins, focused skill-building, and age-appropriate activities for young people, with reflective exploration and practical homework for adults and families, all coordinated under supervision. We track small shifts over time, scaffold coping strategies for anxiety, mood and relationship stress, and take care when addressing trauma. This way of working tends to help people who want clear, manageable steps forward.
