I understand how challenging life's hardest stages can feel. Drawing on my psychology background and Counseling experience, I guide adults navigating these difficult moments, offering a confidential space to explore emotions. My work also supports families raising special needs children, helping them find tailored emotional strength. I aim to create a truly heard experience, where we can gently unpack what feels overwhelming and find a way forward together.

In Mountlavinia I meet in English, blending quiet listening with creative prompts and brief assessments so emotions become easier to name and problems feel less tangled between sessions. I pace work to suit adolescents, parents and adults—short steps, clear goals and regular safety checks—so progress stays manageable.
