“Psychologist and CBT psychotherapist in training, based in Warsaw and working online. I help adults and couples with relationships, attachment patterns, anxiety, intimacy and LGBTQ+ concerns.”

About Me

Many people come to therapy because they notice that, although the people change, certain patterns keep repeating. You may become attached to emotionally unavailable partners, overthink relationships, struggle with boundaries or rejection, or find it difficult to build closeness without losing yourself. I work with adults and couples, with a particular focus on relationships, dating, attachment patterns, breakups, relationship crises, intimacy and sexuality. I also work affirmatively with LGBTQ+ clients and people in consensually non-monogamous relationships. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and informed by Schema Therapy. I also support people experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem and difficulties with emotional regulation, particularly when these affect relationships and everyday life. Sessions are available in Polish and English, in Warsaw and online.

Approach

My style is active, collaborative and transparent. Therapy with me is not only about talking about what happened, but also about understanding what keeps a difficulty going and finding practical ways to respond differently. We may look at current thoughts, emotions and behaviours using CBT, while Schema Therapy helps us understand deeper patterns that tend to repeat across relationships. The aim is not to explain everything through childhood, but to understand both where a pattern may come from and what maintains it today. In couples work, I focus on the cycle between partners rather than deciding who is right. We work with recurring conflict, communication, emotional safety, trust, closeness and intimacy. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative and sex-positive. I also welcome people in diverse relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy.
