Psychologist

I'm a psychologist who has lived this experience myself, and I specialise in supporting expats, immigrants, and people navigating life far from home. I work online, in English and Polish, with clients across the world.

About Me

I'm a Polish psychologist with a Master's degree in Psychology, and I know firsthand what it means to build a life outside your home country. I've studied and worked across countries, navigated new cultures, and sat with the particular disorientation of building a life somewhere unfamiliar. Those experiences didn't just shape me personally; they shaped how I listen, what I notice, and what I understand without needing to be told. I spent years working internationally in learning, development and community building, designing programs, facilitating groups, and helping people navigate change. What that taught me, above everything else, is that people are remarkably resilient. And that sometimes all it takes is the right space, and the right questions to rediscover that in yourself. That belief sits at the heart of how I work. I draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, an approach that looks not at what's broken, but at what's already there. Your strengths. Your resources. The version of yourself that knows, quietly, what you actually need. I also integrate movement and mindfulness into my work through my Move-Assure certification, for those who want to reconnect with themselves beyond words alone. In our sessions, you'll find warmth, genuine curiosity, and no judgment. I work at your pace, in your language, toward what matters most to you.

Approach

My work is grounded in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), an approach built on a simple but powerful premise: that you are not defined by your problems, and that the solutions to your difficulties already exist within you, waiting to be uncovered. Rather than spending sessions analysing what went wrong or excavating the past, we focus on where you want to go and what's already working, even when that feels hard to see. We move forward from your strengths, not backward from your pain. This doesn't mean difficult things go unacknowledged; it means we use them as information rather than letting them become the whole story. Alongside this, I integrate movement and mindfulness practices from my Move-Assure certification. For clients who feel disconnected, physically ungrounded, or stuck in their heads, working with the body, not just the mind, can open doors that conversation alone sometimes can't. Maybe you're going through a period where anxiety has become your constant background noise, the kind that follows you into ordinary moments and makes everything feel heavier than it should. Maybe you're struggling with a sense of not knowing who you are anymore, or who you're supposed to become. Maybe loneliness has crept in quietly, even when your life looks full from the outside. If any of this sounds familiar, you're not broken. You're navigating something genuinely hard, and you don't have to do it alone. I work with people who are ready to stop just getting through it and start feeling like themselves again. My sessions are warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you already have more inner resources than you realise. Together, we find them.
