Balance Psychiatric Services

Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but it’s also the first step toward healing. Balance Psychiatric Services offers a safe, supportive space where your experiences are heard and your goals matter. Together, we’ll create a plan that helps you feel more grounded, hopeful, and ready for what comes next.

About Us

Our nurse practitioners specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, trauma, and bipolar disorder for ages 6 and older. We provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Stimulant medications can be prescribed when necessary in AZ, CA, CT, FL, DC, MA, NH, PA, OR, WI, & WA - at least one in person visit is required for stimulant medication to be prescribed.

Approach

We approach care through focused evaluation, shared goal-setting, and practical planning that keeps each person’s daily life in view. Our telehealth sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace, with brief check-ins, medication reviews when needed, and time to build coping skills. Between visits, we encourage small, manageable steps and quick check-ins to keep progress on track.
