About Me

I am a psychologist who is working with ADHD, OCD depression, anxiety, relationship problems, difficulties with self-esteem and coping skills.

Approach

In sessions, I aim to create a calm, empathetic, and safe space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. I believe that genuine understanding and change occur when people feel heard and accepted as they are. Therapy, in my view, is not about fixing someone but helping them reconnect with their own capacity for awareness, self-compassion, and growth. I am working with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy approaches. From CBT, I integrate practical tools for identifying unhelpful thought patterns, regulating emotions, and developing psychological flexibility. From mindfulness-based approaches, I use exercises that help clients stay present, observe their inner experiences, and respond rather than react to challenges. Narrative techniques support clients in reframing their stories shifting from self-criticism toward self-understanding and empowerment. My ongoing education in Psychodynamic Therapy allows me to bring deeper exploration into the process, helping clients uncover how past experiences, early relationships, and unconscious beliefs may be influencing their current struggles. Together, we work to bring these patterns to light, fostering new ways of relating to oneself and others.
