Verified

With me, you will experience a judgement free space where i will establish rapport with you so that you feel free and safe to express your concerns, emotions , experiences and curiosity about different aspects of yourself and the world around you.

About Me

I am a therapist based between Kampala and Nairobi with a profound passion and commitment to helping other people transpire through personal struggles, emotional complexities and life's transitions with the support and practical skill set that is often required to experience healing, awareness and positive progress in life. When i am not working, i enjoy reading books, lifting weights in the gym, visiting new countries, partying with my friends and binge watching entertaining shows on TV.

Approach

My preferred approach to counseling is the great Carl Rogers' Person Centered Therapy that concentrates on building a relationship with my clients by providing a non-judgmental environment where they can explore their feelings, thoughts and concerns, build self-awareness and consequently achieve their full potential or desired goal. I provide a steady, focused pace where clients can process difficult emotions, explore patterns and identify practical coping mechanisms.
