About Me
Approach
My therapeutic approach involves meeting you where you are, collaboratively identifying your needs, and devising a tailored plan to reach your goals. My background in a country where mental health was evolving has shown me the consequences of self-neglect. Guiding your journey towards reconnecting mind, body, and soul is a meaningful endeavor—one session at a time.
Therapy serves as an expedition into the different aspects of self, a path to self-discovery and healing. Within our sessions, you'll find a nurturing space to explore your thoughts and emotions. We'll uncover your unique journey, fostering growth and rediscovering strengths. Together, we'll address the learning and unlearning of behaviors, habits, and thought patterns that influence mental health and coping. Through an integrative, holistic approach, my aim is to create a safe haven for your authentic self to emerge.

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor from New York and Washington, providing virtual therapy services. My journey includes an MA in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University, complemented by three enriching years at a NYC counseling center, where I worked with adolescents, teenagers, and adults from diverse backgrounds.
While specializing in tele-therapy for adolescents and adults, I also offer in-person support for clients based in Mumbai, India.
