Together, we will work through the pain and confusion to help you achieve the clarity and quality of life you deserve. I look forward to walking this path with you Book your session now :)

Approach

I practice an integrative approach to therapy, which means I tailor my methods to fit your unique needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reframe the negative thought patterns that keep you stuck in a 'vicious cycle.' To provide a truly holistic experience, I also incorporate tools from DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) for emotional regulation, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) for psychological flexibility, and Mindfulness to help you stay grounded in the present moment. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental space where you can build the practical skills needed to transform your mood, behaviour, and overall outlook on life.
