I am a counselling psychologist working with adolescents and adults experiencing overwhelm, overthinking, and emotional or relationship difficulties. My work is grounded in a collaborative, person-centred approach and an integrative, process-based way of working. In our work together, we slow things down and understand what is happening beneath your patterns so that change feels clearer and more manageable.

About Me

I offer a safe and supportive space for adolescents and adults to explore what they’re going through at their own pace. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, but still find themselves stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or recurring relationship patterns. In our work together, we gently slow things down to understand what is happening underneath these experiences and begin to shift them in ways that feel realistic and sustainable. My work is grounded in a person-centred way of being, which means the focus is always on your lived experience and what feels meaningful to you. Alongside this, I draw from an integrative, process-oriented approach: using different therapeutic tools depending on what best supports you in that moment of the work. The aim is not just symptom relief, but a deeper sense of steadiness, clarity, and connection with yourself.

Approach

My sessions are collaborative and paced according to what feels right for you. We begin by slowing down what feels overwhelming or repetitive in your life, and gently exploring the thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My work is primarily person-centred at its core, meaning the relationship and your lived experience are central to how we move forward. Alongside this, I draw from an integrative, process-oriented approach, using different therapeutic tools depending on what best supports your needs in that moment of therapy. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we pay attention to patterns, emotional responses, and the meaning underneath them, so change feels more sustainable and grounded rather than rushed. Sessions are conducted online across India, as well as in Hyderabad, and are offered in English and Hindi/Urdu, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.

Services

I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, overthinking, emotional fatigue, low self-worth, and recurring relationship patterns that feel difficult to shift. Many of the people I see are able to function in their daily lives but feel internally overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained. I also support individuals through life transitions, stress, and adjustment-related challenges, working with both current difficulties and the underlying patterns that maintain them.
