About Me

I am a psychologist with a specialisation in Counseling. I offer a safe, empathetic space for adolescents and adults to openly explore their thoughts and feelings. My person-centred approach means we focus on your unique experiences, guiding you towards understanding and change. We can also integrate practical Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) tools to help you navigate challenges. I aim to provide a supportive environment where you feel truly heard and understood.

Approach

Sessions move at your pace, opening space to notice patterns and try small, practical experiments that fit your life. I work in Hyderabad and online, offering support in English and Hindi/Urdu so we can keep momentum whether you’re local or remote. We blend mindful attention with clear thought‑reframing and short between‑session exercises to steady anxiety, improve focus, ease obsessive cycles and strengthen relationship responses. Those juggling study, work or changing relationships tend to find this steady, hands-on way helpful.
