Specialist Wellness Counselor

“My work, is love made visible” Gibran, K. (2020). I am a compassionate and kind individual that finds no greater reward in watching people grow, mature and flourish. What makes me unique is that I, myself have suffered from mental illness.

About Me

As a Specialist Wellness Counselor with BA Honours, I offer a compassionate, dedicated space for your journey. My greatest reward is seeing individuals mature and flourish, reflecting a deep commitment to your well-being. Drawing on my unique experience with mental illness, I provide a profound understanding. This perspective helps clients navigate challenges, supporting their path toward personal insight and lasting strength.

Approach

Love guides how I hold space—gentle, attentive and without hurry—so you can explore difficult thoughts and small shifts safely. Sessions are offered in English in Sandton or online, paced to your comfort and often mixing quiet reflection with practical planning. We work together to name stress patterns, try manageable routines between meetings and make sense of difficult periods so decisions feel clearer. People navigating life transitions or burnout often find steady, compassionate partnership helpful.
