About Me

I offer a warm, affirming space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. As a therapist who has worked with a diverse population, I understand the importance of feeling truly seen. We can draw from approaches like self-compassion & mindfulness to navigate challenges. My aim is to help you develop practical tools and build resilience for your unique journey. I work with concerns such as emotional distress, body-image issues, complex trauma, relationships, grief & work challenges amongst many others.

Approach

Supporting that aim, I focus on collaborative, paced work that balances skills practice with emotional attunement and gentle challenge. Sessions online are offered in English and Hindi, and we set a rhythm that fits your life and responsibilities. I blend mindfulness with brief cognitive shifts to process trauma, ease stress, and strengthen relationships, with simple practices to try between meetings. People seeking thoughtful reflection alongside concrete change often find this way of working helpful. Some sessions may focus on understanding patterns, others on processing emotions, and sometimes simply on having a space where you can be fully yourself.
