Audrey Locussol

CBT Psychotherapist

CBT practitioner & hypnotherapist I am inviting you to take a deep trip within yourself in order to solve all your problematics and to implement desired changes. CBT applies to any issue as long as your motivation to change is complete.

About Me

I invite you to explore your inner world and find fresh ways to approach life's challenges. As a CBT practitioner and hypnotherapist, I guide you to understand your thoughts and feelings. This helps implement meaningful changes. My approach suits those ready to actively engage in their own growth. We can use focused techniques, including hypnotherapy, to uncover insights and build practical strategies for lasting shifts.

Approach

Together we take a careful journey inward, pairing targeted cognitive work with gentle hypnosis to uncover patterns that maintain distress and to test new ways of responding. Sessions happen from my Paris office or remotely, in English or French, paced to your readiness and concerns. I tend to blend short experiments, clear skill-building and guided relaxation, with safe steps when anxiety or trauma surfaces and practical tasks between meetings to consolidate gains. This way of working suits adults ready to commit to steady, collaborative change.
