Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Therapy and EMDR for anxious young adults to break out of the worry cycle and get their life back.

About Me

If you're a young adult caught in a relentless worry cycle, I offer a supportive space to help you break free. We'll work together using therapy and EMDR to understand your anxiety's roots. My aim is to equip you with practical tools to quiet overwhelming thoughts. This approach helps you reclaim your sense of control and confidently get your life back.

Approach

Helping anxious young adults move beyond constant worry, I guide sessions with steady pacing, clear goals, and regular check-ins so progress feels tangible. I work with clients in Austin and online, in English, creating a calm, practical space and suggesting short between-session experiments to test new ways of coping. We blend targeted EMDR moments with talk-based coaching to pinpoint patterns, build useful skills, and gently process difficult memories. Young adults facing life transitions, loss, family tensions, or low self-worth often find this hands-on rhythm helpful.
