About Me

I am an accredited BACP Psychotherapist, a qualified mediator Aand NLP coach. Psychotherapy, Coaching and Mediating: I apply the ‘Integrative’ approach founded on the core conditions of Person Centred Therapy. As a coach, the principles of NLP are utilised to support those I work with to actualise. Volunteering and Sponsorship I dedicate a portion of my time to volunteering as a 12-step sponsor, using my own experience to support those that suffer with process addictions.
