Mr Armeet Narang

Clinical Psychologist

Psychologist (4+ yrs exp) offering queer-affirmative, trauma-informed therapy in Pune & online. I use CBT, DBT & REBT to support adults dealing with anxiety, identity, emotional reactivity & relationships—especially for those who struggle to express feelings.

About Me

I help adults navigate anxiety, identity, and relationships, especially those who find it hard to express their feelings. My queer-affirmative, trauma-informed approach offers a safe space to explore challenges. Using practical tools from CBT, DBT, and REBT, we can gently uncover what's beneath emotional reactivity. Our work aims to help you articulate your needs and build stronger connections, ensuring you feel truly heard.

Approach

From there the work focuses on small, practical steps—short experiments in session and simple practices between meetings—to help you notice patterns and try new responses to anxiety, identity doubts and relationship friction. In Pune or online, in English or Hindi, sessions feel collaborative and paced to what you can hold: we name triggers, map moments of emotional reactivity, and build skills you can use in real time. This approach suits adults and couples who want clear, steady change without being rushed.
