Psychotherapist

There is a line of thought that associates happiness with three pillars, pleasure, virtue and wisdom. When we are faced with challenging times, how do we continue to stay the course in search of happiness? I work with clients to find tools within themselves and around them to navigate the challenges and work towards self actualization and fulfillment. I am experienced in topics ranging from stress, anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation and relationship management. My practice tends towards the integration of modalities, ranging from cognitive behavioral therapy to trauma treatment modalities.

About Me

My early career was in corporate management, mainly in multi-cultural settings where I have come to learn the importance of non-linguistics AND linguistic communications. I stepped into the space of mental health and psychotherapy with a strong interest in the human mind and behavior. Every chance to work with my client is a blessing for me in my own search for happiness.
