Ariane

Ms Ariane Faralis, MPhil

Therapeutic Counselor

I believe a good therapeutic relationship is an important part of therapy success and therefore it is my aim to create an atmosphere of calm and trust to support my clients on their journey to their authentic self. Any crisis is an opportunity.

About Me

I offer psychotherapy and coaching to individuals and couples with a mainly psychodynamic approach. I hold a M.Sc. degree in psychology as well as a master's degree in sociology and cultural sciences. While I am based in Munich, Germany, I also offer online psychotherapy in both, German and English.

Approach

I work with a mainly psychodynamic approach with individuals and couples. I believe psychotherapy should be adapted to each person individually, as sometimes it might be necessary to have a coaching to find the way, sometimes techniques of trauma therapy can be helpful, sometimes hypnosis can help find missing pieces and sometimes looking at the big picture together and then zooming in again together is the right path. After the first session we map out the road together what is the best way.
