Psychotherapist

Do you feel like there is something fundamentally 'wrong' with you because you struggle to fit into the world around you? If you are feeling lonely, confused, and exhausted by the pressure to constantly adjust, I want you to know that you are not the problem. Often, it is the world that is misaligned, not you. I offer a space where you don't have to change who you are to be 'functional.' Together, we will work on building mechanisms that allow you to navigate life's challenges and engage with the world authentically, without losing yourself in the process.

About Me

I support individuals who feel profoundly "out of sync" with the world around them. This includes those navigating deep loneliness, identity shifts, or the chronic exhaustion that comes from trying to "fit in" to environments that feel harsh or misaligned. I am particularly drawn to working with people who feel they must constantly mask their true selves to be accepted or productive. If you often feel that your distress is a natural response to an overwhelming world, you will find a safe space here. Working with me is a collaborative partnership where your dignity always comes before a diagnosis. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and deeply curious. I don’t see myself as an expert who "fixes" you; instead, I am a partner who helps you navigate life's challenges. In our sessions, we will move at your pace to dismantle the external "shoulds" that weigh you down, replacing them with practical tools to protect your energy and help you stay connected to your authentic self. "Our work together is not just about coping; it is about reclaiming your power. As we navigate your challenges, the goal is for you to emerge stronger, more resourceful, and deeply connected to your own potential. By peeling back the layers of who the world told you to be, you will discover the internal resources you’ve always had. You will leave our sessions not just with better mechanisms for engagement, but with a renewed sense of agency and the confidence to build a life that truly honors your capabilities."

Approach

My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in Existential Psychotherapy and Gestalt principles. I believe that many of our struggles are not 'defects' but human responses to a complex world. As a practitioner in my third year at the Yerevan Gestalt Institute, I focus on the 'here and now,' helping you become aware of how you relate to yourself and the environment around you. Why I work this way: By combining the existential focus on meaning and freedom with Gestalt’s emphasis on awareness and wholeness, I help you move beyond just 'coping.' We look at the context of your life to understand why you feel 'out of sync' and work toward a more authentic way of existing. How I aim to help: In our sessions, we will work together to: Navigate Existential Questions: Addressing loneliness, meaning, and the pressure to conform. Build Awareness: Using Gestalt techniques to understand your current patterns and how they serve (or hinder) you. Reclaim Agency: Helping you make choices that align with your true self rather than external expectations."
