Counseling Psychologist

If you are feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck in overthinking, or disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to go through it alone. I help women and adults who are dealing with stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, and life transitions (including perimenopause and identity shifts). My approach is gentle, practical, and depth-oriented. Together, we work on calming your nervous system, understanding your emotional patterns, healing old wounds, and building inner stability and self-trust. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform, prove, or stay strong. You can simply be yourself and slowly learn to feel safe, balanced, and whole again.

About Me

I am a counselling psychologist and the founder of ManZeal – Heal with Zeal. I work with women and adults who look strong on the outside but feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck on the inside. Many of my clients are high-achievers, caregivers, or people who have spent years putting others first and slowly lost connection with themselves. I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, understand your emotional patterns, and begin to heal at your own pace. My work focuses on helping you regulate your nervous system, build emotional resilience, heal inner conflicts, and develop a healthier relationship with yourself. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, it is about helping you reconnect with your inner strength, clarity, and sense of self-worth.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I work with the understanding that many emotional difficulties are rooted in chronic stress, unresolved emotional experiences, and a dysregulated nervous system. I combine elements of: – Emotion-focused therapy – Inner child work – Parts work – Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation – Cognitive and insight-oriented approaches Sessions are paced according to your emotional capacity. I focus not only on talking about problems, but also on helping your body and mind learn safety, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. My role is not to judge or direct you, but to walk alongside you as you build clarity, emotional strength, and a more grounded relationship with yourself.
