About Us
I offer Counseling to help adults and young people navigate life's challenges. For adults, I provide low-cost sessions, making support more accessible. Young people under 18 can access my Counseling completely free of charge. I aim to create a calm, confidential space. Here, you can openly explore your thoughts, finding clarity and a way forward.
Approach
Across our Wokingham and Slough services we focus on small, steady steps that help you untangle what feels most urgent and hopeful. Sessions move at your pace with gentle questions, reflective listening and practical check-ins between appointments to notice change; family sessions invite different voices while work with young people uses simple, age-appropriate ways to express themselves. We keep work grounded and collaborative, helping you build manageable routines and clearer choices — a helpful fit for adults seeking affordable support and families looking for practical change.
