About Me

When overwhelming OCD, anxiety, or trauma’s effects make it hard to feel like yourself, I offer support. I specialise in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, shown highly effective for OCD. This direct approach helps you regain control over symptoms. We also address depression and lasting effects of past experiences. My aim is to guide your recovery, helping you rediscover your authentic self.
