A space to understand what’s not feeling right within you or in your relationships—and find a way forward

About Me

I’m a counselling psychologist and facilitator working with adults (25–45) who are navigating challenges within themselves, in their relationships, and in how past experiences and the systems they are part of continue to show up in their lives. People often come to me when certain aspects of life feel overwhelming, unsatisfying, or difficult to make sense of. You may feel stuck in patterns, not fully okay within yourself or in your relationships, and may be seeking a deeper understanding of what’s happening within you and how to move forward. Working together, we move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of your system. Our attention stays with what is present in the moment, what you’re thinking, feeling, and experiencing, because this is where meaningful change begins. We pay attention not just to what you say, but also to what you feel, physically, emotionally, and relationally. Over time, this helps build the capacity to stay with your experience safely, allowing space for processing and healing. This way of working supports a deeper sense of safety, clarity, and connection within yourself, allowing change to unfold in a way that feels natural and lasting. If this resonates with you, you can reach out to anushabm661@gmail.com to begin. From there, we can take the next steps together.

Approach

* Trauma-informed: We work with care and pacing, staying within what feels manageable for your system. * Body-aware: Along with talking, we also pay attention to what you’re feeling in your body, as experiences are often held beyond words. * Present-moment focused: Our attention stays with what is happening as we sit together, as this is where awareness and change begin. * Relational: We pay attention to patterns in how you relate to yourself and others, including what may emerge within the therapeutic space. * Depth-oriented: We gently get to know the different parts of you that may be shaping your experience, shaped by past experiences and the systems you are part of, rather than working only with what is immediately visible. * Capacity-building: The work supports your ability to stay with your experience safely, allowing space for processing and healing rather than overwhelm. * Influenced by Vipassanā: Grounded in awareness and observation of inner experience, without judgment or force.
