Mr Antony YC Tse

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

verified by TherapyRoute

I offer a safe, calm, and confidential space where you can slow down and talk openly about what you are experiencing. Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck in life, my aim is for you to feel truly heard, understood, and supported.

About Me

I am a multilingual counsellor with a multicultural background shaped by life and work across Eastern and Western cultures. I support English and Chinese speakers who are going through emotional challenges or important life transitions. I understand how culture, family expectations, and past experiences can quietly shape how we feel and cope.

Approach

My way of working is practical, collaborative, and respectful of your personal story. Together, we look at what is affecting you now, what you need to feel more balanced, and what strengths you already have. When helpful, we also work gently with emotional reactions that come from past experiences—without needing to go over painful memories again and again. Sessions move at your pace and focus on helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more able to cope in daily life.
